Assistant Company Secretary

Description:

  • Assist and support the Company Secretary team in delivering professional company secretarial service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms;
  • Undertake preparation and review of resolutions and documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities;
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
  • Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
  • Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with MBRS, MyCoid, maintaining statutory record;
  • Have experience in Company Secretarial work;
  • Independent and willing to learn.
