Description:
- Assist and support the Company Secretary team in delivering professional company secretarial service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function such as preparing bank documents, resolutions and SSM forms;
- Undertake preparation and review of resolutions and documents for lodgement to the relevant authorities;
- Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients;
- Well versed in Companies Act 2016, Companies Commission of Malaysia’s requirements and other relevant authorities in connection with company secretarial matters;
- Monitor and comply with submission deadlines.
Requirements:
- Familiar with MBRS, MyCoid, maintaining statutory record;
- Have experience in Company Secretarial work;
- Independent and willing to learn.
