Senior Assistant Company Secretary

Job Description

* To assist the Group Company Secretary in all aspects of company secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliance with the relevant statutory requirements, regulations and guidelines.
* To provide advice and guidance on matters relating to secretarial practice and compliance to board members, colleagues and such other relevant parties, whenever required.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations by keeping abreast of changes in Companies Act, Companies Commission Malaysia (SSM), and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance
* Liaison with clients, auditors, advisers, registrar and other professionals

Job Requirements:

* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
* Good interpersonal skill with ability to interact with all levels
* Good knowledge of Companies Act, SSM requirements and Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
* A good team player
